June Fusion 360 update fails

Hi All

I am having a problem with the latest update of fusion 360.

Open as normal, update will be installed and will ask for restart. OK

Download gets to around about 20% then fails.

 

Notification to check log file, dont know where this is, and probably not much use to this thicky 🙂

 

Can anyone help please

Hi -

 

Sorry you're having problems.

 

The deployment log location will vary depending on platform.

On Windows, this should be in: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log.

(Just paste this into the Windows Explorer address bar)

 

Can you check if you have this file, and post if available?

Another suggestion may be to do a clean uninstall and re-install.

 

Steps for a Clean Uninstall:

Next, go to http://fusion360.autodesk.com/ and select the Download a Free Trial link to begin the install process.
