Joint with rigid group not moving sub components

I'm trying to fit an Arduino UNO into a case like in the Fusion 360 tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apkUQKNwHIo

The Arduino UNO STEP file I got from grabcad is pretty detailed and includes several sub components. I grouped them together as a Rigid Group but when I go to join the arudino uno mounting hole to the peg on the case, only the PCB moves:

I've tried deselecting everything and then selecting rigid body and re-selecting all the Arudino UNO components but its the same result.. any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Also attached the Arduino UNO STEP file.

I found this forum post after having a similar experience with the lack of preview when creating a joint on a complex assembly.

For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why my joint wasn't behaving as I expected; trying a variety of different things - except clicking OK to commit the joint. Then it worked. But the lack of a preview was very disorienting.

I believe someone suggested a preview toggle in the joint dialog. This seems like a good solution as it empowers the user to trade performance for usability.
