Joint Trouble

Hello all, I am a beginner in Fusion 360 and I am just starting into using joints. I have attached a video that my professor uploaded which depicts the final goal of the project, which is a mechanism that moves. I am running into trouble in the last step of attaching joints to the wheel, since I get an error message and the joints turn red and immobile.

I apologize if I am missing important information needed to solve this problem, I am very new to using these boards and Fusion in general so I'm still learning. I have attached a screenshot of the red error that happens on my model when I try to do the last joint, as well as a close up of the pin and the wheel that I am trying to join together. I have attached the file as well as a video my professor uploaded of the deliverables, so that it might be more clear what my final product needs to be.

Please let me know if you find any solutions!

Hi,

You must use Cylindrical joint type as shown below. I've tested it and it works fine.

Hi,

So when I choose cylindrical, I try to select my peg and wheel to make the joints but it still gives me an error message. Would you mind showing screenshots of the steps you took when applying the cylindrical joint, since you said it worked for you?

Thank you again!
