Joint not working

I have a tray assy I am trying to add another component to. When I go through the motions of connecting the 2 parts and click OK for the joint (all types) it says the joint failed. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Before this happened with the same part so I deleted all of the components and rebuilt it but now it is doing it again.

I have seen some of this kind of thing before.  Sometimes you just have to try something different.  Have you tried performing a "Compute All" or restarting Fusion?

I did the ctrl+b and it seems to be working!
