Joining two extrusions with multiple joints

I recently changed from solidworks and I'm trying to join these profiles to make a frame. I've tried with align and multiple joint types. seems like I need to be able to use more than one joint between each part.

These extruded aluminum profiles do not represent trivial geometry. Yet, you've provided zero information what is to align with what. Can you provide a screenshot of how and where these profiles are to align ?

Sorry for lack of info. The parts all share the same profile and they have been cut to form a rectangle. See first image. But I'm struggling to get them to connect properly as I need to create a loft between the parts. The best I can do is the second image.

Normally, Fusion only needs one joint per corner, in these circumstances, however the faces on each extrusion have a few bits in common, you would have to decide which edge of the face needs to match up.

After trying a few locations, could not make a joint that looked to be in the right place.

Almost like the mitre cut faces are inaccurate.

I feared this may not have been the case. I didn't construct the original parts si will try and edit them to see if I can get it to work.

Exactly. I had the same issue. If that's by design, that's OK, but then as you said we'd need to know what part of geometry on one part needs to align with what part on the other.

Have you tried to move faces 45 degrees to create miter corners?
