Issue with Fusion 360's Arrange Tool Creating Duplicate Copies

Hey everyone,

I've encountered a puzzling problem while using Fusion 360's Arrange Tool and I'm hoping to get some insights here. Whenever I use the Arrange Tool to reposition an object, it seems to create a duplicate copy in the new position while leaving the original object in its original place. This behavior is quite unexpected and not what I intended.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a specific setting or step that I might be missing to ensure that the original object moves to the new position rather than creating a duplicate copy? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide.

Best regards, Martin

With the new option "Auto Arrange" the arranged components are copied onto the defined sheet.  If you would like to use the old method, remove the indicated check mark from Auto Arrange in your Preferences.

Edit: If you would like to use the new Auto Arrange, you can specify an X, Y Offset to your selected arrangement envelope as shown in the screen capture.
