Issue with Arrange Feature

The arrange feature has been giving me many issues recently. One that I'd like to bring some attention to is the object spacing not working. In the model below, I set the object spacing to 5/8" but two of the pieces are only 7/16" apart and in another place there are only 15/32" apart. It is critical that the spacing is consistent because I intend to cut these pieces on a CNC machine and the pieces need to be a certain distance apart.

Lastly, I've attached the file that is pictured above. I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

Seems like one Arrange fluke.  I have done it five times in a row without a failure of separation distance.  Well maybe a couple of thousandths of an inch but nothing to talk about.  Try it again and set the Global Rotation to something besides "All Rotation" and see how it goes.  Then do it again from the top and use any Global Rotation you desire.  I hope you know that you can select the components with a Window or Crossing selection for speed.

I appreciate your response, but in my experience, this is not just one arrange fluke. I have reinstalled fusion twice (after the program refused to update) and created a completely fresh file to see if the issue would go away. To my disappointment, it did not. This has been an ongoing issue, and along with other issues, the arrange tool has become completely unusable.
