Issue Shelling This Shape

Hey guys, beginner Fusion 360 user here! I am trying to shell this race track. Sometimes it seems to work, and others it doesn't!

The track is 7.5mm wide, and I am trying to shell 1mm. 

If anyone could help or has a better way it would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, and how do you imagine that without your job. you have to provide us with your f3d work. please export this to your hard drive and from there add it below as an attachment. please always take a photo directly with the camera symbol in the middle.

This one will do 0.2mm

SVG curves are not tangent / smooth as required for Shell and or Thicken.

Quicker to draw in Fusion.
