Issue: Combine with imported component makes faces visible

This is probably not a situation a whole lot of users run into, but I've found an annoying bug related to combining geometry with an imported component.  I run a machine shop and am responsible for CAM setups for our 5 axis mill.  We use several different types of dovetail vises, and I came up with a slick way to use the imported vises to create the dovetail geometry on the stock so I don't have to model it over and over (see screencast).  It works great, but after using the bodies within the imported vise as a tool body in the combine operation, the faces of the tools bodies become visible.  It's not a huge deal, but it's visually annoying and makes selecting geometry difficult.  I've shared the file, but sometime (like this case) it does go away after saving and re-opening.

The second (probably related) issue comes in the manufacturing workspace.  I apologize for not including this in the screencast, but if I select "sync visibility with active setup", those tool bodies become fully visible, and since it's an imported component, the eyeball symbol in the tree to toggle the visibility off is greyed out.  Apparently you can right click the body and select "show/hide" but that's not very intuitive and only works the manufacturing workspace.

Let me know if there's any more information I can provide.

Side note:  I'm curious if there's a reason body visibility can't be toggled for imported components.
