Issue 3D Printing Text

I have extruded some text for a model to be 3D Printed but every time I print it, one of the letters (S) seems to have a little bit of filament protruding from the surface.

The models need to be stacked and the extra 0.5mm~ due to this issue is causing logistical problems.

I've tried all sorts of slicing changes including ironing, lowering speed and increasing top layers but this seems to keep happening so I figured maybe there was something I could do to change the model to mitigate this, or at least ask around and find out why this could be affecting this particular letter.

I've attached the project file, and I'd prefer to not change the text font or size - but if anyone knows why this might be happening or has any advice to solve this please I would be so grateful

Do you use Fusion as your Slicer?

I model with Fusion but Slice with Bambu Studio or PrusaSlicer - although I experience the issue with both slicers

The S has quite a bit of gap fill.  Try redesigning that portion.  It would also help to design the letters such that their width exactly equals the line width set in the slicer.
