Is there any way to create an update order for parameter based designs?

As per the title suggests, I was wondering if there was a way to force certain operations to update later than others when using the change parameters functionality when doing modelling? This post comes as I noticed this weird inconsistent behavior when making a parametrically defined spur gear for a project of mine where the extrudes would update before other features, even though in the project timeline they came after the operation they were made to join. The behavior isn't much of a big deal and can be "fixed" by just editing the extrude and clicking OK, and this is probably a case of "perfect is the enemy of good", but being able to solve this behavior would be nice if I were to make projects of a similar type.

Summary: When editing parameters in Change Parameter window, the update order of different operations seem to occasionally update randomly, not following the structure of the project timeline.

Suggestions for other ways to combine the Circular Patterned bodies this would be helpful, especially as I couldn't figure out any other ways to join the parameter defined patterned objects.

Extrude in image joins bodies created by circular pattern in expected update order, making the gear appear seamless as one body.

Extrude in image updates before the pattern does, causing it to become a separate body rather than combining the existing ones resulting in multiple bodies.

To clear any potential future confusion the sweep tool in the timeline is used to allow for the creation of angled helical gears and cannot be removed for that purpose.

Fusion will not add new bodies to a Join feature.
I fixed one sketch that was not fully constrained.
Changed the orders of operations using join in the features and used pattern of features not bodies.
Ruled Fillet for fillets.
Removed the "tool bodies" after creating sketches from them.
Have a lok at the file.

Thanks that seems to work well, I'll keep in mind to pattern the features rather than bodies in the future.
