Is there an easy way to realign misaligned planes?

Stuff like this really annoys me, what's the easiest way to fix to planes that are slightly offset?

The absolute easiest way is to Attach your file here and someone will not only fix it for you but will also show you how they fixed it and how to avoid into the future.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
