Is There A Way To Smoothly Trace An Ellipse-Like Shape In Fusion 360?

Hello All -

I am able to import the attached image to the canvas and get a somewhat smooth shape by using the spline tool, however, is there a way to smoothly trace my image?  When I say "smooth" I am thinking of "smooth" in the sense of the smooth rounded edges that result from simply using the ellipse tool or an arc.  I tried to use the ellipse tool, but I could not get it to match my specific image perfectly and using arcs and lines would not allow me to trace my image perfectly either?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A closed fit point spline with 4 fit points should be a perfect starting point:
