In previous releases this wasn't a problem, and it seems like I selected a preference at one point and shouldn't have, now I can't find it.

It is very aggravating to have the part be deformed because the measurement dialouge prefills with the last value used. When I press pull a counter bore or other feature I want to know it's present size without having to measure first. This is how the program used to work.

Hi JFKANSAS,

It’s probably because the Offset Type in Press/Pull dialog was set to “New Offset” somehow. Changing it back to “Automatic” would give the expected result. Is it the case?

My Press/Pull or Offset Faces doesn't have that setting. Are you using the same version?

Hi JFKANSAS,

I was using the latest release build and captured the screenshot in the parametric modeling environment.

Your question remind me that you may talk about the direct modeling. I tried the Press/Pull in direct modeling, but not able to reproduce the problem. Could you capture some screenshots or screencast to show more details so we can take a deeper look?

Regards,
