Is there a list of what are known bugs in the last release?

It would be a very big help to a lot of us if there would be a thread with a list of gotcha's for this last release.  Then we would know if it is our lack of understanding and executing correctly or if the program is at fault.  I for one have spent a lot of time trying to accomplish a couple of things only to find out it was a bug.

Please post a list of known problems and what works and doesn't work.  Bitte!
