Is there a First Tech Challenge FTC Kit of parts 2017 for Fusion 360

I saw that there was an FTC kit of parts 2017 for Inventor but not Fusion 360.  Our tea, FTC #8304, currently is using Fusion 360 and we are trying to download the kit of parts. 

1)  Is there a 2017 Kit of Parts and Field Model for Fusion 360?

2)  If so, where can I go to get instruction on how to load it for my Education Community?

3)  Does Autodesk sponsor FTC Teams?

I am looking into this more to see what the process is to create the Fusion models.  Can you give more detail on why Fusion files are desired over the provided .STEP files?

Can the STEP files also be used in Fusion? Last year both
Inventor/STEP/Fusion kits for 2016. I assumed that the files were
different I loaded the fusion kit last year.

Yes, .STEP files can be opened directly or mass uploaded to your project.   

To mass upload, click on Upload then either select the files or drag and drop all of them at once.  FYI - if you drag and drop the entire kit of parts at once, do it before you take off to lunch.  🙂
