Is it possible to do this type of Animation ?

Is it possible to do the below type of Animation in Fusion 360 ?

Nope. there are no soft bodies (the cloth piece that is being sucked in and expelled) and soft body deformers in Fusion 360.

Assuming I don't need the soft bodies ... Is the rest possible ... The particles that is being sucked in .. Can we do that ?

Nope.

In terms of animation most CAD systems are very basic.
