Is it possible to align radius & circumference dimensions in Drawings?

Title says it all. When I right-click on a radius or circumference dimension, I don't see the Stack Dimensions or Align Dimensions option. I'd like my dimensions to be lined up, if possible. Screenshot attached.

There is not automatic method to align the dimensions you indicate but it is a pretty easy manual process using a left click and drag with the mouse. The Screencast will explain.
