Is Fusion 360 right for this project?

The attached photo shows a sheet metal cornice on a NYC tenement house. Do you think that Fusion 360 is the best program to use to create a model of this object? Once I have a model, I would like to be able to print it in 3D at any desirable size that might work as a wall sculpture. For instance, someone might want it at 2'-0" wide overall. Someone else might want it at 3'-0" wide overall. Please suggest alternatives if there are better ones than Fusion 360. I already have this object drawn in 2D using Autocad LT 2023, so any 3D modeling program would have to be able to allow insertion of that .dwg or .dxf file. Thank you very much.

I am not exactly sure which part is made from sheet metal but importing 2D data into Fusion 360 with the intention to create a 3D model from it, is usually not a good idea.

I'm no expert, but I think Rhino is better suited.

Thank you for your Rhino recommendation. I downloaded the 90 day trial version, have been working with it, and think that your recommendation was a good one. One of the most important things to me was the ability to import complex existing drawings into a 3D program so that I would not have to redraw them. Rhino successfully and accurately imported an intricate .dwg file and allowed me to work with it. The drawing part of Rhino does not seem as efficient as Autocad LT, so I think I will contine to work out 2D problems with that latter program. This is a solution I can work with once I get up to speed on Rhino. That will take a little time, but my extensive previous Autocad LT experience helps quite a bit.

I would not have thought sheet metal! But it certainly is amazing what can be done and of course Copper is for keeps!custom-copper-cornice-with-dentil-work-and-radius-sections-2_1080.jpeg

It would be helpful to get a high resolution Elevation:375 broome Street.jpg
