Personal license.
Functionality not supported in personal liscense.
Sorry to also hijack this thread, but I am having the exact same problem as spawnreaper. I am using a personal license and followed the link to the changes and then the supported file formats, but this states that IPT files are supported! Am I missing something? I have attached the screenshot of the standard file formats.

Attach this url here.
I note in your image that the column is for Export, not Import...
Ah-ha, that was what I was missing! The bit that confused me was that the link to the file types list is after the heading "File import" in the changes list. Thanks for clearing it up!
Have to say this page in the help is misleading. It seems to imply all file types listed can be imported but only the ones with the green tick can be exported. The page doesn't say the list is just export types and if that's what it supposed to show why bother listing all the other files types? @Phil.E What do you think?
Standard.

Thanks.
The list could use some clarification. I agree and will pass this to the team.
The reason all those file types are listed, I think, is because you can upload any kind of file. Upload does not mean "translate". I can't imagine this is very useful for users, however, without any distinction. I also don't see how uploaded CAD designs that aren't translated are very useful to free users other than free storage.
@Phil.E Pretty sure the list is what can be translated.
From the Open dialog for import I get this.
On that page additional shows this.
