How can I use an earlier version of the API?
Because my Python program no longer renders correctly on the latest Fusion 360 2.0.17954 x86_64. I have confirmed that it renders correctly on Fusion 360 2.0.16265 x86_64. So, can anyone tell me how to obtain and install past versions?

It is not possible to install an older version of Fusion 360.  As far as I know the API version is hooked to the Fusion 360 installation.
