Insert into Current Drawing changes Setup Dimensions in Manufacture

I have couple of test shapes I want to be able to Insert into Current Design. The problem I am encountering is that when I Insert the 2d drawings into the current drawings then go to manufacture the dimensions the Setup is detecting are incorrect. I rely heavily on the automatic dimensions being to the edges of my drawn sketch objects as my CNC prefers this configuration.

Here is the example of what the setup is trying to do:

I would like it automatically move the right side to the edge of the triangle and the bottom up to meet the bottom of the shapes, then I can easily just do a 2D contour and send straight to my CNC.

I believe the Insert into Current Design is adding this extra space as the normal functionality of me just drawing the sketch and going to manufacturing requires no changes to the setup parameters to accomplish this. It is really difficult for me to enter the dimensions manually.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not sure I have worded everything correctly and used correct terms, so please be patient with me or ask me for more detail. I would hate to waste your time trying to figure out something I can explain better if needed. Thanks!

I am guessing this is a bug. Will report it to AutoDesk
