Importing Fusion 360 file into Showcase

Hello,

I am having issues with Showcase not being able to upload any of the files I try to save one of my Fusion designs as. When I try to export the file in Fusion, an error pops up that says "Export to an archived file (f3d) is not yet supported for designs with referenced components. Please try exporting from A360." So I exported from A360 and got an f3z file but can't figure out how to save that to my computer from the email. I have tried saving it and uploading it as a step file, iges, sat, and smt. Showcase can't convert any of them. I just want to try and get a better rendering of my engine and learn how to use Showcase.

Hi @Anonymous,

You could directly export your file from A360 into FBX.

This should work really well with Showcase. 

You could check if the Inventor 2014 *.ipt file works as well.
