Imported .step file. Unable to move features

I've imported a step file into F360. The project is a panel with holes. All the holes show up in their correct locations, but I am unable to select the holes as features and move them. How would I accomplish this? Project file is attached.

Hi,

As there is no history, you can move the holes using Move > faces.

or project the holes into a new sketch without linking.
You can then redefine the position and size.
