Import issues

I am working on a project for a client who provided me a parasolid file of a multi-component assembly.  I can upload it to Fusion and see the thumbnail, but I get a message that file is corrupt/error message and cannot open it.  So I opened it in Solidworks no problem.  In SW, I converted it into a SW assembly & its constituent parts, uploaded it to Fusion, same error.  Then I converted it into a step file, uploaded to Fusion, same error.  IGS, same problem.  Remade the parasolid file in SW, same problem.  So far, I've spent over an hour trying to get it into Fusion w/o success.  Everything works fine in SW.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Your error looks like the same one in this thread. There's a link to the solution in that thread.

That did it.  I didn't realize this was a known issue.  I also can't believe I didn't restart the program before posting...  Thx

I decided a long time ago when Fusion prompts you to restart and it automatically shut down and restarts I ignore the message and close Fusion myself and then restart, I had a couple of problems with the auto restart but doing it myself has worked every time.
