1) While Importing 2D sketch of .step format fusion 360 dont show the sketch/body only please find the attachment for the reference and other software like NX, Mastercam open it properly.

2) If we import any 2D sketch or 3D model of any format .dwg or .step the commands like extrude we use for editing is not shown in below task bar instead it is shown in the browser but it doesn't allow  to re-edit the command this problem occurs only in the model/Sketch which we import not in the sketch/model that is  made with the help of autodesk fusion 360

Answer to Question 1. Only DWG\DXF will import curve date, well there is SVG as well. STP and igs files will only import surface information.

Question 2. You need to enable history after import.

It doesn't show any history mode option only as it shows in new design
option and in import model there is no timeline also shown only comment box
is available and all the commands are shown below each components in
browser tree this is the main problem. I need to think always before
editing because one mistake in a dimensions i need to delete it and start
all the stuff again.

Have you looked at the picture in my post above, it shows you how to enable history in an imported file. Just right click the the filename in the browser and you will get the menu I've shown in my first post.

Help link.
