Implicit joint origin BUG.

I found a problem coping a component from one design to another if it has joints in the source file. When pasted into the new design there are no joints but deleting the face the joint was using in the source file causes an error.

Thanks Mark

Hi @HughesTooling,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the behavior on my machine with some basic primitives. This leads me to believe that this might be specific to your design. Would you mind sharing it with me so I can test the behavior?

Thanks in advance for the information!

Cheers,

I just made a simple test file. Copy the component named "Copy This Component" to another document then delete the revolve from the timeline.

Hey Mark,

Thanks for sending that design along! I was able to easily reproduce this behavior with it, and as such have logged a ticket for the development team to review. It has been logged as FUS-31494 for your reference.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for things like this and reporting them when you come across them!

Cheers,
