I need help designing a church window top for this monument I am working on.

I need a church window top apex on all 4 coves I have made that is 18 inches high above the top plane. Then it needs to com to a point at the top.

 

Do I need to redo the drawing from scratch?

What sort of termination are you looking for? Looking at your model, you've got the sides as faceted flat surfaces, but the image you shared seems to indicate a revolved circular object 🤔

so NOT like the example photo?

I suppose you mean something like this-

you'll have to make adjustments to the curve on the inside of the alcove.  either a hard edge up the center, or a lofted surface.  here's a couple of more possibilities building on original idea-
