There are currently three files that I am getting notifications for, about every 4 minutes, with these error messages.

How do I fix it without losing any of the files? I haven't restarted the program in fear of losing my progress.

Hi TJMast:
Thanks for providing us the information.
From the screenshot it looks like your fusion is having a problem communicating with the server side. It could be caused either by the server instability or by the network connection issue at the moment.
For those files that stored on the UploadQueue folder, they will not be deleted until they're successfully uploaded to the server. You can close and restart the fusion safely.
And it would be great if you could send us the log file (it should be under: Users/TJMast/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/LHPAJXGHJT8S/)
Thanks

Thanks for the fast response!

Which log file? There are 10 "AppLogFile[random numbers/letters]" in the "LHPAJXGHJT8S" folder.

Thanks

Hi TJMast:
There's a timestamp in the filename sth. like ApplogFile20141118T100929.log
You can try to send us the latest one(the one that you're having the problem) if possible.
Thanks.

I attached the latest log file.

Also, I restarted Fusion 360 and now I get this:

Screen Shot 2014-11-18 at 9.51.01 PM.png

However, I still have 3-year student access that was applied to my account only a few days ago.

In your previous post you stated, "It could be caused either by the server instability or by the network connection issue at the moment." Are you saying that there is currently an issue with the Autodesk servers? This could explain both issues. Do you know when this will be resolved? I have a class project due that is time sensitive.

Thanks

Hi TJMast:

Thanks for your post, I'll reach to the corresponding engineer and find out the root cause of this issue.
Regarding to the issues you have about the entitlement, I am thinking that might be the reason that blocked your upload. Cause internally in the system, if your entitlement is expired, you'll not be able to save or upload any designs from fusion.
You can click the red label and see if you're able to select as a student account again from the pop up dialog.
Thanks.

There was not an option for student in the pop-up dialog. Only subscription.

There shouldn't be a reason that my account ahs expired, since another employee already had to fix a problem with my student license a few days ago. There also seems to be an error on my manage.autodesk.com page as well:

I have only had this program for a couple weeks and I've had more problems than success.

Hi Trevor,

The Mac App Store now has an update available.  Depending on your location and the App Store you connect to, it might not yet be there.  Please check and if you see the update available, please update your software.  Your "Free period has ended" problem should be gone.  I checked your account by logging in with the updated software and don't see the issue.  Thank you for sharing your login credentials.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.
