I have a problem and dont know how to make it.

My Problem is to make this Model. In the picture 1.0 and 1.1 is the original Model, but in the wrong size. In picture 1.3 is my Model, but i cannot make it finsih. 

Can someone help me?

Are your curves tangent continuous?

Are you familiar with Pipe or Sweep?
