I'd like a Hole component

Is it possible to make a component that is a hole (with bevel, but no threads)?

Or any other kind of negative space object?

Perhaps the thing is to make a component that when subtracted leaves the desired hole?

How do people handle negative Features in Fusion360?

That's what I do. Depending on what needs to go into that negative space afterwards I might add that negative shape to the component occupying that negative space and use the combine-cut. That way I have the component and the hole always in the right location. E.g. switches or receptacles in front plates.
