I could't launch the Fusion360

Dear everyone,

How do you do, My name is Hideki Sano.
I was been install the Fusion360 via the Internet.
My PC certainly connected to Network, and I'm login the A360.
After I login the A360, Then Launch the Fusion360. However, below error message appeared.
"There is no enough space to change the off line mode, If you want to continue, Login to A360 account "
I clicked OK button, Next error mesasge are
"Could not connect the Internet. Please reconfirm the internet connection, Launch the Fuion360 after
Login to Autodesk Account"

Where Am I wrong?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Welcome to Fusion community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue. Could you try the steps below to see if they make any differences?

 

1. Make sure Fusion is closed
2. Browse to C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services
3. Locate LoginState.XML
4. Rename this file to LoginState.XML.BAK

5. Launch Fusion 360 (This is just creating a backup file of this login state, just in case. What will happen is now when you launch Fusion, it will reprompt you to log in and re-authenticate)

 

Also, could you trying disabling firewall and anti-virus software if you are using any? Are you trying to use Fusion 360 in a proxy environment by any chance? Please take a look at this article to solve network related issues.

 

If the suggestions above don't help, could you attach installation log files and application log files? I would like to take a closer look at the issue.
