I cant create a drawing

Hi I cant create a drawing in Fushion360, it pops up a dialog asking me to uninstall Fushion360 and reinstall, I did as instructed and the same dialog comes up. I have created drawings successfully previously, not sure hat changed or I may have wrong I was hoping to get my drawings to the shop today any body have any Ideas?
