I cannot get the projected area of one of my models.

I am trying to get the projected area of my models. Three of the four models I found the projected areas. The last one is not giving me the 2D sketch on seen in Image 1 (highlighted in blue), but it is only highlighting the edges and vertices of the model seen in Image 2. How can I seen the projected area for image 2? I will really appreciate any feedback!

Are there any unresolved (and apparently ignored) issues highlighted in your Timeline?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
