I cannot fillet an imported model

I imported the attached stl file into fusion 360 and then tried to modify it with a fillet. But I'm not able to select any of the edges so I cannot fillet it. What am I doing wrong?

This is a mesh. Fillet works for BRep solids. Check this post.

Also, given that the design is pretty simple, I would redraw it within Solid workspace and then add fillets.
