I can't find the "import mesh" icon in the modify bar list ??

I saw tutorial saying there is icon called "import mesh" beyond the modify bar list, but i can't find it????

Insert Mesh is in the Insert stack -

If possible, can you elaborate on what workflow you are trying (what kind of mesh designs for insert and for what)?
