I can not insert a component MacMaster

I'm having a problem when I try to insert a MacMaster component , choose any item in 3D SAT or STEP extensions, appears green stripe downloading the software but nothing happens when I try to click or do anything the fusion lock and can only close by task Manager.

My computer is an i5 , windows 10 , internet 30MB , I tried several times , until I disabled my firewall and nothing... 

Could you help me please?

I appreciate the help! I have done exactly as shown in the video, only opens a green stripe in the lower right corner of the fusion saying "downloading ..." and regardless of the time I wait nothing happens and the fusion lock, only managing to close the windows task manager .

Hi, This is mostly likely that something went wrong when downloading the SAT/STEP files form McMaster website. Can you please send me(chengyun.yang@autodesk.com) the diagnostic log files(go to help menu->Diagnostic Log files)?

I am having the exact same problem (saving step file from McMaster site results in "Downloading..." in lower right corner that never completes).  Would you like me to continue commenting in this thread or create a new one?
