I broke the link on "-02-Assembly - Shoulder v13:1".  Some of the the yellow plastic parts disappeared.  Many small fasteners arranged themselves in an orbit around the local origin.

I'm trying to sever any connection between this model and our development branch.

I don't see a way to export the entire assembly in some common format that could be stored on Github.

Please advise!

Your design does not seem to include any assembly joints whatsoever.

By what means did you think these parts hold together?

By their position as seen in the assembly.  I'm not trying to break the assembly while in motion. 🤣
