I am creating drag chain from last two days but issues i am facing like while animating slider joint it round off make circle proper sliding not happening guyz please help in this issue what can i do

 

can you explain like what error i am doing or can you give correct file for this please help me

Decide on how many links you need to make the uturn.  Place appropriate joint limits on each of the links that will be rolling.

To visualize, create the polygon, with chain link length.

Measure the max angle the Revolve Joint is allowed to roll, before hitting the Joint Limit.

As you pull the chain, they will hit the limit and follow as desired.  Your joints are not limited to say 22.5 degrees.

I need 6 links for rolling then how I need to do calculation how much limit I need to set I have total 49 links in my drawing  currently I m giving -45,0 but it is folding

The joint system in Fusion isn't built to do this kind of "simulation".

Autodesk Inventor has a workspace for this kind of simulation.

Set Joint Limit to 30 degrees.  Start with slide plate full left, do say 10 joints, test and do more until slide plate is full right.

As you will sense Drag Chain is a Holy Grail of Fusion Ultimate.

As Mr TrippyLighting pointed out, currently, there is no viable path to it … unless one is as determined as Indiana Jones and ventures beyond … Ultimate.

In general, complex synchronized kinematics requires quite extensive structured calculations. When designing in 3D, you control dimensions. In the kinematic case, one has to master how to manage time interposed on 3D model nodes. In order to make the statement less cryptic, each drag chain joint must have a time function attached, and on top of that, all joints must be synchronized somehow.

If you are mildly mathematically gifted, try to devise such a function for a U-shape path. It is not particularly trivial!.
