How Would You Convert This To A Toolpath For CNC Manufacturing?

I molded this in Fusion 360. So how would you turn this model (see three attached files) into a toolpath for the purpose of then converting into a G-Code....to finally carve this out on a CNC router.
This part you see in these three images will be carved out of an aluminum plate by a CNC router.
I am an extreme beginner so...sometimes I don't understand some of the jargon that I read on this forum.
I'll post the *.f3d file as a reply to this thread.
If you have the ability to capture a video of how you would do this, that would be priceless.
it was because of a video in this forum that I was able to create this model.
