Having a small issue with project alignment.

Hey all, I'm having an issue with project alignment.
In the file I attached, I try to project the face of "main body", and sketch it onto the front intake face. However, project is misaligning the projection face of the main body, pushing it left or right by a few MM, throwing off the whole sketch and alignment of the front intake component.

Would really appreciate any help! Thanks!

@Anonymous - it looks like the Projection is fine, but the feature after that sketch has moved the component "Main body" just a bit.  You can see this if you roll the history marker back one step

After rollback:

So to combat the issue I'm having, I should do project and then move back one step? Or...

You should delete the Capture Position event.

I'm not exactly sure what your intent here is.  The sketch "Sketch1" in "Front Intake" was created with "Main Body" in one position.  If that is the correct location, then, as @chrisplyler says, just delete the Capture Position.  However, if the position after the Capture Position is the correct one, then you should delete the sketch, and start it after the Capture Position.  If I were to guess, I would guess that the change in position of "Main Body" was not intentional, possibly you accidentally dragged it a couple of millimeters to that position.  One good practice:  If a component is not meant to move, apply a Ground to that component, then you will not be able to accidentally drag it out of position.

Got it. I'll give it a try.
