How to upgrade from Startup license to Paid Subscription?

What's the appropriate way to change from startup license to paid subscription? Is it possible without uninstalling/re-installing?

@Anonymous - I've confirmed that as long as you use the same email address/login that you currently use for Fusion 360, you should simply be able to make the purchase and after processing your account should automatically transfer over to the paid entitlement.  Link to purchase here:  http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/try-buy
