Hello! I'm sorry for the poor title

I know this can be done, I've seen it somewhere in a youtube tutorial but I don't know the name. I'll explain all the context

I make keychains for 3d printing and when I extrude I always use a multiplier of the layer height I use when 3d printing. That value is 0.2 mm. Recently I started designing some keychains that can be prinitng at 0.20 mm or 0.24 mm.

I remember there is a feature that lets you call a dimeison with a letter and change that dimension from another menu.

My intentión is to get my keychians automatically converted from 0.2 mm to 0.24 mm when I change that value, since every extrusion I'll make will be for example "8*d" or "3*d"  being "d" that 0.2 mm value I want to change

You'd define a user parameter here and then can call it from a dimension.
