How to rotate about a point

For some reason I cannot get this sketch to rotate about a point .I have had problems like this before and get around it by drawing a line in a second second sketch which I use as a axis of rotation. The problem with this is I cannot access the second sketch to make changes to the first sketch due to timeline constraints? So I have to  create a third sketch(a projection of the first sketch) and problem solved .

1  So is it possible to rotate this sketch around a point

2 how do you reference newer sketches when changing older sketches

3 Is there and easy way to remove all constraints in a sketch

Hope this makes some sort of sense

Why do you want to rotate a sketch? Why not just put it on the correct plane in the first place?

Your saw tooth sketch rotates as expected here.

But there is only one sketch, so not sure about your other construction.

Modify > Move/Copy, select what to move,

Sometimes the pivot point is already in the right place, if not select Set Pivot, click where you want it to be, Tick the green tick to confirm, and rotate as desired with angle value or drag rotation dot.  Ok when happy.

You sketch is headed for complications with a pattern of so many, but as you say this is part of the big picture.

Might help....

These forums are littered with general modeling advise.  Some good, some less than good.  Take this as you will.

2 of the many things you will read here over and over is-

1-don't pattern in a sketch if you can pattern on the body instead. (you can here)

2-don't move a sketch off it's plane into 3d space unless you have to and ti makes good sense to do so. (you don't have to, doesn't make sense here)

I only wanted to bring this up because your going to have difficulties with your model pretty soon, and the above are going to be among the things that people will suggest fixing.
