How to remove the smoothed view while in wireframe mode (sculpt mode)

Hi, when working in sculpt mode and working in the wireframe view, the mesh is still partially rendered, both externally  (with a yellow part) and on the hidden part (that uses an uncontiguous line and makes viewing the really manipulable wireframe a nightmare.

How can I disable the view of the smoothed model while viewing as wireframe, and viceversa?

I think you finish the form and then you want to go ack to edit the form again, right? 

Try to hide the body in design workspace and sculpt workspace.

I think your seeing the ghosted result body that shows what the body looked like last time you entered form mode.  try un-checking this in preferences-
