How to move file from one project to other?

Hi every one, I am tring to move my assembly from on project to another, but I can't for some reason... 
I realy need to do one assembly to submit my project for fusion 360 chalange.

What can I do?

Can’t really see what’s going on in your picture, as it’s too small to read text. I assume you are talking about a complete design file? 

If you right click on the root component in the browser, you will have an option to “save copy as”. If you only want one component rather than the whole design, click on that. 

This brings up a dialog were you can select other projects and folders to save to.
