How to model sharp bends in a pipe.

I am making tracks for a marble clock and have sharp corners that the pipe command will not execute the entire path as the corner is too sharp for the diameter I am using.  Is there any way to model this?

I can machine it using the same spline - was hoping to also be able to model it.

Expediently I simply offset your sppipeAA.jpgline 1/4" and applied a small fillet to the continuity break:

Thank you for the quick reply - makes the modelling work - changes the curve a bit but I can adjust that by moving the fit points a bit.  So far so good.  When I go to simulate the tool path I have to select all three "legs" of the former spline.  Seems adding the fillets breaks the spline into curve segments.  The tool path now thinks it is three separate curves and has a lead in and lead out where they meet.  Is there a way to make the curve segments back into a spline so there is only one tool path instead of three?

Figured it out.. just use chain selection when selecting the lines for the toolpath.   Don’t know where my thinking was - maybe the -40 temperature outside froze some of my brain cells!
