How to model a simple convex lens

This weekend I was experimenting with Fusion 360's modeling and ray tracing and at one point wanted to model a double sided convex lens in front of some other objects, but as easy as that sounds I quickly realized that I didn't know a good way to do it.  Cutting off a sphere came to mind, but I don't think most lenses are as spherical as that.

Can someone give me a hint?

If you have no specific arcs you want to apply you could NonProportionally scale a sphere.  Select the sphere, choose the Non Uniform option and scale in the preferred direction.

If you know a specific arc you want then you could define that in a sketch and revolve it.

Thanks

Wow, thanks for spending the time to show me this!  I was totally on the wrong path, I thought I'd start with a cylinder and somehow edit form to pull out the sides into the lens shape.  Doing the shape in a 2D sketch and then revolving it looks easy, but would not have occured to me.
