How to make sure cabinets don't go into the walls or floors or each other

Hello everybody! I am trying to model out a kitchen.

Is there a way to make sure my kitchen cabinets don't go into the walls or floors or go into each other, while I am dragging them around the room?

Also, how do I make sure the kitchen cabinets are sitting directly on the kitchen floor? 

I plan to use Fusion360 like a kitchen design software where the cabinets can be dragged around easily and don't run into each other.

That would be Joints and Joint limits, and last resort Contact sets.

That isn't possible! Fusion 360 is general-purpose CAD software and not a specialized room-layout software.

As such you need to follow the advice of the other posters and use joints.

Planar joints can keep furniture constrained to the floor.

I would stay away from contact sets.
