How to make size changes to a design without redoing everything

I am relatively new to Fusion 360 so please go easy on my.

I have been doing a number of designs where after doing a test 3D print I need to go back and adjust some dimensions.  The problem I am facing is how do I do this without having to undo everything I have done or starting my design from scratch again.

As an example I have been designing some trays to fit in my toolbox.  These are essentially a box (without a lid) and a how bunch of fillets and some cutouts.   If I want to make the box longer or shorter I need to change the original rectangle sketch.

I have tried using the scale tool but this screws up all the fillet and hole geometry.   I tried going back to adjust the original sketch but cannot see to change that.

Surely there is a better way of doing size adjustments without me having to delete all the fillets, extrusions, holes, changing the base object size and then redoing all these again.   I did a lot of digging on youtube but still have not found an answer.

Thanks for any help you can give.

For timeline equipt models, you do have a Timeline?

Changing the length of a rectangle line, should update the complete file.

If the file is not doing that,

File > Export, and tell us what is not working.

Might help....
